1. General Policy
All payments made to Corporate Study Circle are considered final. Due to the nature of educational services (including immediate access to study materials, recorded lectures, or live sessions), no full or partial refunds will be issued under normal circumstances.
2. Offline Classroom Courses
- Once admission is confirmed and classes have begun, fees are non-refundable.
- No refunds will be entertained for partial attendance or dissatisfaction with teaching style, batch timing, or syllabus coverage.
- If a student wishes to cancel admission before the course begins, a written request must be submitted. Management may consider a partial refund at its sole discretion, after deducting administrative and registration charges.
3. Online Courses
- Fees for online batches (live or recorded) are strictly non-refundable once login credentials or access links have been shared.
- If you experience technical issues, please contact our support team for assistance. We do not offer refunds for connectivity issues at the user’s end.
4. Batch Transfers
- Students may request a batch transfer (from one group or mode to another—e.g., offline to online) within 7 days of joining.
- Transfers are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Refunds will not be provided in case of downgrading or transferring to a less expensive course.
5. Cancellation by Institute
In the rare case that a batch is cancelled by Corporate Study Circle due to unforeseen circumstances:
- Students will be notified in advance.
- A full refund or option to shift to another batch will be offered, as per the student’s choice.
6. Refund Request Procedure
If you believe your case qualifies for a refund under any special circumstances:

- Each request will be reviewed by the management team.
- Final decision rests solely with Corporate Study Circle and will be communicated via email.
